Maxis’ legendary city building simulation returns with the revolutionary GlassBox engine and an emphasis on online functionality. SimCity represents the first time an entry in this series requires a constant internet connection, but this ties into a connected online landscape which means for the actions in one city directly effects another including crime rates, economic prosperity and environment conditions. In the sequel, mayors will be in control of multiple cities at a time allowing them to specialise in specific areas, be it creating your own gambling and entertainment paradise, educational hub or industrial capital.
